What you provide and why
If you make an enquiry, you provide your name, email address, chosen service and project message. This information is used to answer your request, discuss a possible project and take steps towards providing the service you ask about. It is not used to subscribe you to marketing.
Technical information and service providers
The website host may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve and protect the website. The contact form uses a short-lived rate limit to reduce abuse. Email delivery and mailbox providers process enquiries so they can be delivered and answered. Enquiry messages are not stored in a website database.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is needed to respond to your request and manage any resulting work. Information may also need to be kept to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. You can ask about the information held about you and request its deletion where applicable.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after you choose Accept analytics. If you reject it, no Analytics tag loads or Analytics data is sent to Google. The website and enquiry form work either way. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled.
With your consent, Google processes page visits, successful enquiry counts and technical information such as browser, device and approximate location. Analytics does not receive your name, email address, message, selected service or enquiry identifier. Page addresses exclude query strings and fragments, and external referral information is limited to the referring website. Google may process information outside the UK; see how Google uses information from partner sites.
Your choice is saved in this browser’s local storage for 180 days, where browser settings allow it. Analytics cookies named _ga and _ga_YDBRSM9Q5L last no longer than that consent period. A temporary session-storage record prevents the same successful enquiry being counted twice and is not sent to Google. Use to change your choice. Rejecting analytics after accepting it stops tracking, removes these cookies and reloads the page to unload Google’s tag. This does not delete information already collected by Google.
Fonts and images are served with the website. External client websites have their own privacy and cookie arrangements.
